HOW IT OPERATES

• Upon installing FaceOut and inviting friends, the app scans for photos of you among the images on the phones of your FaceOut connections and organizes them into Group Events.
• Group Events are autonomously generated based on identifying images of you across your acquaintances' devices or images captured at the same time (within an hour) and place (within 100 meters) with friends.
• A Group Event is established to showcase how many photos each friend has of you and vice versa.
• The app auto-exchanges photos within Group Events, with users receiving notifications before any exchange. Cancelling an exchange is achievable by selecting the notification prompt.

PRIVACY & SECURITY

• Upholding privacy as a fundamental human right, FaceOut implements end-to-end encryption and refrains from accessing your shared content. Your stored images remain private to you.
• Data sharing exclusively transpires among friends, precluding sharing with non-acquaintances or non-relatives.
• We neither engage in ad services nor gather data for advertising purposes.

Premium Version Subscription:

• A monthly auto-renewing subscription for the Premium version can be acquired within the app. To prevent automatic renewal, adjust your settings at least 24 hours before the current subscription expires. Disabling auto-renewal is feasible through your iTunes account settings at any time.
• If auto-renewal remains active within 24 hours of subscription expiration, renewal happens automatically for a similar term as the prior one. Subscription management and auto-renewal deactivation are manageable post purchase via your account settings. Subscription fees are charged to your iTunes account.
